For a domain you want us to assess, create an account and submit the name through the workspace. For pre-order questions, email [email protected] with the domain and extension in the subject line.

General support

For account access, billing administration or service questions, contact [email protected]. Include your account email and the relevant domain where possible.

Compliance and policy

For policy questions, legal notices or registry-related matters, contact [email protected]. Do not send passwords, payment card data or illegal material.

Abuse reports

If your message concerns phishing, malware, fraud, DNS abuse or harmful use connected to a domain, email [email protected] or use the abuse page so the report includes the information needed for triage.
